Made-to-order products
Products are personalized and made after your order is placed. Please check spelling, dates and artwork carefully — we produce exactly what is approved.
Custom orders and approval
Custom orders begin after the design and details are confirmed with you. Production timelines are agreed per order.
Artwork you provide
By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We cannot reproduce artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
Pricing and payment
Accepted payment methods are card, PayPal and CashApp. Prices are confirmed before production begins.
Deposits, refunds and cancellations
TO BE CONFIRMED BY BECKY: deposit percentage or amount for custom orders, the refund policy for personalized items, and the cancellation window.
Delivery
Local pickup is available in Plainfield, Indiana and nearby areas. Standard shipping is available nationwide; rates are TO BE CONFIRMED BY BECKY.
